A bit about me...I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist (KY #2616) practicing in the Murray, KY area. In addition to my Kentucky license, I've acquired my national massage therapy license through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I've received over 600 hrs. of professional massage therapy training and am CPR certified. I am continually increasing my education through Continuing Ed classes to expand my knowledge of the human anatomy to better serve my clients. I've recently acquired the Cranial-Sacral Therapy Certification.  This technique aides in relieving acute and chronic skeletal pain deriving from either the cranium, spinal column, and/or sacrum.  To compliment this modality as well as alleviate many types of migraine headaches, I've also completed the Migraine Headache Techniques Certification as well.

My business is based on my personal belief that each client has unique individual needs. Before your first session with me, I sit down with you to discuss your expectations and any particular issues you may be having. I perform client-based massage incorporating various modalities that each individual requires and requests, emphasizing ethical and professional behavior in my work. When manipulating the body, I keep the client fully draped, uncovering only the area that I'm manipulating. The client maintains their privacy throughout the session. To attain the full benefit of the massage, it's important that my clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their session with me.

My Philosophy

I am a results-oriented massage therapist, dedicated to providing a complete massage therapy experience for every client. I specialize in customized massages to give my clients a truly effective massage through targeting specific areas of concern and individual needs. THIS IS YOUR MASSAGE! By specializing as a massage therapy-only business, it enables me to offer a varied range of massage techniques.  I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to extend that knowledge to you, through manipulation as well as through educating my clients before, during, and after their sessions with me.  My 'work' does not end when your session ends.
